Different is the nature, behavior and ability to understand things of one individual from another, very different.
Each individual has a goal of his own, the only thing that is different is the way in which the element of goal gets represented.
The potential that an individual possesses is also having a lot of importance. Followed by potential is the fact that what skills an individual has and how expert he is in his work i.e. expertise.
It Is Time For the Team To Deliver The Goods:
Attitude towards work has a great deal of importance with respect to all individuals who are a part of the team, whether an individual has a positive attitude or a negative attitude, but then when it comes to teamwork what is more important is the fact that how well oriented is the team. A certain degree of friction within the team can cause sparks and of course then the end result will be very much different from what was expected.
Thus is important to know the status of each individual who is there in the team, as to whether or not the individual happy, satisfied with the performance of his team or are there some suggestions from him in order to improve the team's performance i.e. input from each individual is very important.
Always things do not remain the same and more importantly never will it happen that the things will remain the same like they are, as they are with respect to the future. When a change take place a lot of things come under focus. This is because not all individuals are able to cope up with the change and neither do all individuals have the ability and capacity to cope up with the change.
It is not only change that which is related to a team, but when it comes to a team, it is like a force, different individuals, but having the same goal, the goal to win. Not only the potential of an individual is a matter of concern when it comes to a team, but it is the potential of the entire team that matters the most because that is what will get highlighted when the team performs.
The ability of an individual to sustain and to assimilate followed by how well things get interpreted and understood so that there is no problem when it comes to representing the things, this then accompanied by the willingness to cooperate and much better if accompanied by skills of negotiating in the right direction at the right moment of time is what is required most of the times for a team to perform successfully.
Each individual who has his own goal has a habit of looking at the horizon in his own way, but then when the same individual becomes a part of the team, then that individual is able to realize the importance of responsibility and commitment. This is because when an individual becomes a part of the team things change for him, now the same individual is a part of a more well designed network that which has the aim to achieve something i.e. to win at any cost.
It has always remained an uphill task to form a team, to make things work and to prove to the world that when it comes to our team, the only thing that matters for us is winning. But then an individual who represents, monitors, guides and sees to the fact that everything gets worked out smoothly as far as the team is concerned that individual is none other than the Captain of the team.
Thus even if the need of the hour is satisfied there is no guarantee that another uncertainty will not come along the way, but then from the point of view of team, i.e. when we say it is teamwork it also means discipline for all the team members. Thus teamwork means a lot, it is not something which is just a term that is coined and that can be used by any Tom, Dick and Harry.
