SUCCESS WAS NEVER A THING OF PAST

There are two different ways in which a thing can be handled.  One is the fact that I am having a responsibility that I have to execute.  Another way is the fact that if I can find a suitable candidate who can do my work and I can take all the credit.  The problem is that if you want to go for the second way, then in that case you have to prove yourself before giving the responsibility to a sensible person.  This means that experience plays a vital role in the life of a person.  A plant when it is in it’s initial stages at that time it needs a lot of protection and proper care.  Once the plant grows then it starts to spread and then the same plant does not need that much attention and care.  Time is definitely an important and a very vital factor in the life of an individual and in the life of a professional.  Life moves at a face pace and to stay ahead in life one must always be aware of the latest thing and the latest happening around you.  It is then only that you will be able to cope up with the changes taking place in the future.  At times it happens that a person whom you do not know, comes into picture for you and does the same task that you had done and in a better way.  At such times the first question that comes to mind is how is it possible that a new face, a new identity, whom I am not even quite familiar does my job and that too in a better way.  This is because each individual has his own individual identity and his own distinctive way to make things happen.  This is the reason why it happens that one never knows what will happen the next once the things are over, i..e. once the question paper is completely read and answer sheet is taken away by the examiner, one never knows what is going to be the next thing that he is expecting.  It happens that there are several ways to reach to a destination.  Different people take different routes and reach at different times, but there are people who know what they are capable of, what is their caliber and how hard they have worked, they even know the route that leads to the same destination.  At times such people reach earlier than the others, to the same destination, because they have experience, they know their style of execution, and they have that confidence to prove themselves, thus there is no shortcut to success.
