Experience Counts At Any Given Moment of Time

There comes a time in the life of a person when he has to decide as to what is the next thing that he must do in order to execute a task in such a way that he gets success as the outcome of the task that which has been assigned to him. As an individual, one has to think upon whether to take the next step, or whether to put the first step forward and then by doing so accept the responsibility of the assigned task and execute it, irrespective of whatever is the outcome. This is the moment when one does not think about whether the outcome will be success or a failure, but the only thing that remains in the mind is to execute the assigned task to the best of one's ability.

Immediately after execution of the task the person does not wait for result, but he first thinks about that moment when he had taken the decision and then ofcourse he thinks about the result of the task and the future consequences.

But then there are also times when a person takes a decision, he does not know the moment or does not take a decision in haste, but accepts the responsibility to executing a task, which is also brings along with it the process of decision making.  But then it happens that the same person who does not know the exact moment when he had taken a decision, thinks roughly but not precisely about the approximate moment of time when he had taken the decision.

When a person takes a decision and knows the exact moment of time when he has taken the decision it is possible that the person is completely oriented and attached to the same field of execution and he is well versed with the process of executing such tasks at any given moment of time.

When a person takes a decision at the spur of moment it is also possible because of the existing circumstances, or the fact that the person is very well versed with the process of executing task, but the task that which has been assigned to him is a little bit different and the process of executing the assigned task is also very much different.  So the person has to decide after getting the right kind of judgement in his mind, which of course can be obtained by gauging the situation that is existing at that point of time.

Thus when a person takes a decision keeping in mind all the existing factors and the future consequences or a person takes a decision at the spur of moment in both the scenarios the experience of a person counts and plays a major role in the outcome of the assigned task.

The Outside World is Very Much Different

If there is something known as luck then I do believe in luck as I look upon towards the future course of time. Changed is the nature of things, changed than before, changed from what it used to be previously. Looking forward, looking ahead, looking towards the future, future that is uncertain, keeping in mind the fact that what is there in the present is much more important. Nothing depends on what is assumed, what is thought of, but it all depends on what is there, how the things look, appear and how they can be shaped with respect to the future. Uncertain is the future, uncertain as it may seem, but then what is more important is the way the things can be brought under control with respect to the present so that a way can be made from the present into the future. There is always a difference that is there between greed and lure.   The greed for power, money and control over things can be endless. Power hungry people never know how and when did the world a...

Age And Experience

Argument is a part of the process; an argument is going to take place when there is a discussion.   But that does not mean that when an argument takes place it will not lead to a conclusion.   At times criticism which can be positive criticism, it can also be taken in the right way and things can be improved upon in the future.   It is important to understand that if there is something which is wrong and if that gets pointed out then the first thing that should be done is to recognize the facts related to the statement which is made and then identify the cause behind it, once this is done then a way towards getting the things improved in the future can be worked out. It is not necessary that even if you know a thing very well, how it works, and how it functions, it will happen that you will come across the same thing again.   The next time you might come across a thing, which you must be knowing beforehand, you must have done something similar to this, on the same l...
