DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT ROLES TO PLAY

Each individual has got his own role to play and at times the role an individual plays can be very much different.

Expectations and opinions gradually lead to the process of acceptance.  People have a habit of going on with the regular brand, regular serial and regular fashion trend until there is someone who breaks the rule and brings in something new, new which is not known to anybody, something which is totally unexpected by the high class society people as well as by the masses.  When a person, who is very well versed with his field of execution realizes that it is possible for him to achieve a breakthrough in the tough competition but at the same time he has keep on going even after getting a breakthrough, he puts in all of his efforts to make a breakthrough and once he succeeds then the process of making a successful run begins.  It is said that nothing succeeds like success.  So after making a breakthrough for a person who does not belong to that background which others belong to, he makes an assessment of his strengths and weakness.  Once that is done, he comes to a point where he understands that he can move ahead on the basis of his few very good qualities but at the same point of time there are certain limitations to him which he always needs to take care of by keeping in mind.  It is the proper timing along with the right approach that leads to the path of success.  So for such a person who completely understands what his limitations are, he brings those limitations into focus and then starts concentrating upon his strong points.  The point of concern is that there are many people from various fields who have made it to the top, but initially when they started for them also things were very though.  It is said that tough times do not last, but tough people do.  To go against the direction of the wind is not possible for each individual and at the same point of time there are many, many people who even hesitate to even make an attempt.

Thus at times it is the individual skill of a person that works out for him and makes him successful.  At times it is the quality of a person that makes him very successful, not only as a person, but also in career, by selecting the right line of profession.  Successful people are always going to moving ahead in order to get new and better avenues, however, this does not mean that life is at the flag end for those people who are not successful.  For those people who do achieve success at the first instance, they must give another try because no one knows when the luck will turn about to smile and things will fall in place thus bringing in success.
