Relax!!! Wait for a moment or two and then try to go back into the past. All of a sudden a person does not move into the memories of the past. There are certain instances which occur or happen and also there are certain things which make a person to relate himself to the past. The best way to explain these certain instances which occur or happen is to relate them to a flash kind of feeling that goes across the mind which enables a person to relate to the past. Thus as one gets into the grip of those flash kind of feeling or instances, take a pause for a moment and rewind into the past. Taking a pause for a moment means to detach oneself from the happenings around us and concentrating specifically on those aspects from the past which are coming back to the mind again and again. In the process of trying to recollect the precious moments of the past which are not only worth remembering, but they need to be cherished at times, those moments bring a smile on the face and one feels a bit relieved from the tensions and hectic schedule that as an individual one goes through. Memories from the past at times they become blurred, but at times the same memories, if carefully and properly recollected and sorted out, then they even get connected to the present, making an individual to forget the uncertainty about the future. There is certainly something that is in the present which gives the person a hint to relate himself to the past, at times it happens knowingly that a person is able to relate to the past and at times a person is able to relate to the past not knowingly. When a person relates to the past not knowingly then at that time it is after a short span of time that a person is able to understand and realize as to what made him to corelate himself with the events from the past. It is strange but also true that the past though not alive still exists for a person in one way or the other.

What next? To move ahead is what is always there in the mind, but to move in the right direction is also what is important. In fact to move ahead in the right direction is what is the need of the hour. Trust, mutual trust, self-confidence and to test oneself as and when there comes in an opportunity is what comes into notice when the wait for the right moment of time is over.
