ALL THAT MATTERS IS WINNING

Active and willing participation plays a very important role when it comes to a competition, race or making a move towards the goal which one aims for in his life.  At times an individual has to take chances so that he succeeds and then when it comes to taking a chance the fear of failure gets activated and it captures the mind.  But never let the fear of failure take control of your system.  At times the things will not be going smooth, so stick on to the task that your are doing and when the control over the course of things become much more dominant then gradually increase the speed of the work or make the next move.  It is applicable to both winners and losers.  Neither the winner is a perfect person and nor the loser.  But the winner knows his strengths and weakness and the winner makes the maximum use of his strengths.  There are certain instances in the life of an individual when he fails but then that one single failure in the life of a person must not stop him from proceeding ahead.  Self respect and the ability to take responsibility of oneself must be a part of the work process.  Because one cannot blame fate for failure and then when one becomes successful one cannot give the credit to luck.  A person as an individual he himself is responsible for his success or failure in his life.  There are several instances in the life of a person when he will not get something big like a very good job with good salary or a big project.  But then a person must be able to gauge his own abilities and once he knows that he must take the decision as to whether to make a start at some point or just wait till the right time comes which is most of the times very much less likely.  Most of the times the winners those who succeed in life in a big way tend to make a start which is small in someway at some point of time in their life.  Once a task is selected it is very important that an individual must give his 100% to the task.  It is very important that the individual must not give up the task in the middle of the way.  Confusion, frustration and lack of proper organization can be a part of the task at some point or other but then stick to the task and make the things work as there will be a point of time when the task that is given to you will reach to the end and then only you will be able to know what is your own worth.  Thus in this fast changing world it is very important to maintain the pace of work, keep a focus and never lose the direction because there might be rough times but these will never last forever, they will go away and when the time is right make the most out of it to reach towards the goal that is in your mind.  It is winning that matters the most.
