Age And Experience

Argument is a part of the process; an argument is going to take place when there is a discussion.  But that does not mean that when an argument takes place it will not lead to a conclusion.  At times criticism which can be positive criticism, it can also be taken in the right way and things can be improved upon in the future.  It is important to understand that if there is something which is wrong and if that gets pointed out then the first thing that should be done is to recognize the facts related to the statement which is made and then identify the cause behind it, once this is done then a way towards getting the things improved in the future can be worked out.

It is not necessary that even if you know a thing very well, how it works, and how it functions, it will happen that you will come across the same thing again.  The next time you might come across a thing, which you must be knowing beforehand, you must have done something similar to this, on the same lines, but at that point of time there is a little bit of confusion because, at the present time, the thing that is in front of you is completely different in appearance than the one that you were aware of.  This happens after a person completes his education and starts to work.  Whatever things are taught to him at the workplace and whatever knowledge he has are not directly correlated and not applicable straightway.  It happens that a person comes to know the fact; he understands and realizes that he is only a small element of a very big process.  It is completely different sort of feeling, but one feels excited and enthusiastic about it.  While at work it is very much obvious that a person is going to commit mistakes and once the person understands that he can learn from his mistake, he develops the ability to understand things in more detail and get a close look of the things and the outside world.  However, the process of growth is completely different.  The process of growth is not completely related to work and workplace.  It is also related to the fact that with whom we share our everyday life and its common things, like listening to radio, watching TV, reading newspaper or having our morning breakfast.  Thus even after completing graduation, one does not stop the learning process.  The only difference is that one learns from different people, at different places and in different way.  Thus the different people, might be, your boss, you team leader, your room mate, different places are those when you shift from one job to another job and different ways are the changes in system that take place when you move from one job to another job.
